Our cosy and friendly clinic has been designed to make you feel welcome and at ease. On arrival you will be greeted by a member of the team and taken to a treatment room by your treating practitioner. A chaperone service is available, please do not hesitate to ask should you require a chaperone.
Our highly skilled and experienced team strive to provide the best care and experience and our team registered nurses on hand to help answer any questions you may have. All consultations are carried out face to face and in a private treatment room to maintain confidentiality.
Continuity of care is important to us, you will be allocated a registered nurse who is best suited to meet your needs. If you do see another member of the team for treatments, a detailed handover is given to maintain continuity of care.
Consultations are free and no obligation to avoid any unnecessary pressures to go ahead with treatments. During the consultation we will work holistically and collaboratively with you to gain an understanding of motivations and goals whilst managing expectations.
We carry out extensive medical and psychological assessments ensuring suitability of treatments. We explore all treatment options including risks and benefits so that you are fully informed when making a decision about which treatment to have.
A collaborative and personalised treatment plan will be developed to meet individual needs. There is never any pressure to go ahead with treatments and cooling off periods are given where appropriate.

We provide you with aftercare advice to optimise result as well as ongoing support.
All staff undertake regular training days which includes mandatory training to ensure that we are providing the most up to date treatments. Staff have regular appraisal, supervision and case discussions to maintain a high standard of care whilst ensuring patient safety and patient satisfaction.
We are open and honest and welcome feedback both positive and negative as it helps us to learn, make improvements and avoid making those mistakes again. We have a complaints process in place should any concerns arise.
